Hi!
Well, I've made it. Mainly, because there were people demanding some
kind of proof for my idea.
I've posted results (cropped positive, not cropped negative - clean
and with some comments) on my (non-profit) blog:
http://pieknedni.blogspot.com/2008/1...-pierwsze.html
I've commented there as much things as I could.

The special idea for pinhole itself is described here:
http://pieknedni.blogspot.com/2008/1...f-concept.html

Abstract:
I've made solarigraphy. 23 mm focal length, over 18 cm of image
diameter, within 12,8 cm diameter image was quite good (slight
vignetting).
Paper was taped flat in thin box.
This gives 140-150 degrees camera with flat film.
The materials were cheap, the construction was fast, the camera in
fact is a failure. But it works.

Cheers,
Luke
