Hi,

My Ricoh GR-1s stopped working recently, basically the aperture thingy
doesn't open and the flash doesn't fire when I try and take a photo.

I dropped it years ago and it worked fine for ages after that, then
stopped working fairly recently, I don't know if the two are related.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows any good repair shops in London
(UK) which might be able to take a look at it?

Mine recently failed with the exact same symptoms! Did you get yours
repaired and if so how much did it cost?

I haven't done yet. At some point, when I'm feeling energetic, I'll try
and find somewhere decent in London.

Johnson's Photopia is, apparently, the authorised service place for Ricoh
GRs. I have yet to try them, by Robert White recommended them.
