Abobe have told me that there is a two to three week delay in getting
elements 3 to me. Has anyone else experience this delay?

It is a great program but I don't know if it is easier that PSE 1 or 2.
I have been using it for a week now and haven't even cranked up PSE 2.1.

Is the "Ownership" of Elements 2 worth anything toward an upgrade?

I believe about $20, but you can do better at Sam's Wholesale.
