EV Range Extended by 300%

I got all excited for a moment as I thought the topic was talking about
extending dynamic range by 300% then as my eyes swam into focus found out
they were talking about batteries. Nothing like building you up then ripping
you down, eh?

I would not have thought of Electronic Viewfinder in conjunction with
dynamic range.

I was thinking EV (Exposure Value) or stops.
