I have a Panasonic Lumix DMCFZ20. The manual lists 1gb as the largest
available SD card for the camera [thru Panasonic], but does not say anything
about the maximum size SD card possible for the camera.

I'd like to get a 2gb SD card -- does anyone have experience using this size
card in the FZ20? Will the camera "see" the full 2gb [I think I read
somewhere that 2gb is the maximum size for this camera, as it is a
limitation imposed by the use of a FAT organization for the drive -- but I
cannot recall where I read it, and haven't been able to find anything that
speaks to this issue].

While the manual lists 1gb as the max SD card available -- their website now
lists a 2gb card [but says nothing about which Lumix cameras might not
accept it -- at the price they want, if it does work OK, I think I'll shop
elsewhere]

All Panasonic cameras that use SD will work correctly with
2GB SD cards, including your FZ20.
