Actually, "we" all do. All those that post and participate and follow the charter *own* the
News Group. Any News Groups for that matter.

domain. No one owns it. Certainly no one able to be called a name.

Neither David nor I claimed that the group belonged to any particular
person.
And while a newsgroup can exist without any posters, without them, it's
merely a line in the newsgroup config file of the worlds news servers,
so for all practical purposes, a newsgroup does indeed belong to the
posters.
