Thanks for the input guys
I spose the big question I was asking was, is the mz-50 a good reliable
camera?(it does all i need it to at the moment) or do you recommend another
brand that will last me years longer than the old mz-50

Well, if you want the ultimate workhorse of reliable cameras, you can
always get an old pentax k-1000 :P
