Alan,
Thanks for those - the lens is selling here in Sydney for ~$2200 I was trying one out in the weekend myself - it's surprisingly smaller and lighter than I thought it would be Although I have (and LOVE the 17-35 AFS), those extra 5mm really make a difference - I can see that it would be an excellent lens for architectural or real estate shooters - peteZ "Alan Rutlidge" <rutlidge*nO-sPaM*@mail.iinet.net.au> wrote in message news:3ef71796$0$(E-Mail Removed)... > You can find some images taken with this lens on a Fuji FinePix S2 Pro at - > > http://members.iinet.net.au/~rutlidge/photos/main.html > > > peteZ |

I'm hoping for some better weather over here so I can get out a bit more and really put this baby through the hoops. BTW All the shots are full-frame - just as they came from the camera. Most were shot as CCD-RAW images and were downsized and converted to jpeg for the pages. The lens was used without any filter fitted. Still waiting for my Hoya Pro filters to come into stock. Cheers, Alan |
