Firstly the 990cxi is an excellent printer - I have its big brother the
1220c which prints A3 size. However these are not true photo printers because they only use three colours. The Epson Photo Stylus printer range can use six colours (depending on the model). Also for non fading you should use specialist archive inks - llok at www.lyson.com for their range of archival and fine-art inks. They also do specila ranges of inks (shades of gray) for B/W printing. Even with the HP 990cxi you will find that the paper you print on makes a big difference. Try Tetenal Special Glossy 264gsm paper - I find it excellent. Hope this helps Stuart "Carrigman" <carrigman@DEATHTO SPAMMERShotmail.com> wrote in message news:beck2j$se5$(E-Mail Removed)... > I use a small Fuji A303 for snapshots and the like.
