Hi Folks, perhaps someone can help me. I'm looking for comments on a
software program (any make) that will make fast, user friendly CD photo albums (and perhaps allow simple photo manipulation). I want to burn a year's worth of digital photos to a CD at the end of the year. I'd like the CD to autostart and be displayed somewhat like a photo album for the end-user (my extended family). Any help at all, would be most appreciated. -- Nomad Nomad |

There are any number of programmes that will do that.
Depends what you want to do. If you want a disc that will run on any PC or on any TV then one of the specialist programmes like "DVD PhotoPlay" from V- Vommunications http://www.v-com.com will do the job. The DISC you burn can be set up to view on either NTSC or PAL televisions. The recipient's DVD player needs to be fairly modern in that it will play a Super CD (SCD) disc. Background music can be added, delays on viewing times can be varied and transitions between images can be varied. Software for display on PCs is added automatically to the DISC. Any of the photo files can be extracted for printing if required. Any software you consider should do all of these things as a minimum.
