You need a DVD burner and a video capture card. The Sony DRU 510A comes with
all the software you need, I'm sure others do as well.

Capture cards are made by ATI, Sapphire, Canopus, MSI, Leadtek, Matrox, and
many others. Personally I use a Sapphire.
