Good Low Cost Output Card

Hello there im looking for a good low cost output card for VHS for the
PC! Any recommendations something under $140 would be good, for
Windows2K etc

Check out the Pinnacle DC10+ on ebay. You can get it for about $10 and they
work just fine.
