Which program?

Hi all,
I'd have some questions for you experts:

1) How do I join two or more AVI's together? Even if they're
already XviD compressed?

2) How do I split an AVI into several pieces? Again, even if
they're already XviD compressed?

3) How do I delete some parts of a Xvid compressed AVI, without
any decompression/recompression that would cause a quality
loss?

The programs should work on giant AVIs too.. i.e. NOT load
everything into the virtual memory swap file.
