Batch saving problem

Hello,
is it possible that the batch saving function is a little buggy?

I specified the correct folder/overwrite save/filename (a "save as"
call in the action exists) settings, but it doesn't save the pictures
at all or wants to save it not as specified (instead of sequential
numbers he wants to save the pictures as "Untitled-1.jpg").
