Turning off Alert/messages in Automation plugin

Hi All,

Is there a way to turn of the missing font dialog or all alert dialogs when
your running an Automation plugin. I want to stop the missing font dialog
from coming up. I can turn it off when I do a batch with Apple script but I
havent found anything on how to disable alerts. Is it possible?
