Why not go to Adobe's web site and download the .PDF file that explains
what new features were added.

Maybe you can point me in the right direction then? I've been to Adobe's
website. All I could find was a .PDF file that explained what is in 2.0. I
could not find anything that showed everything that was added from 1.0.

http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopel/overview.html

....on the lefthand side, near the top. I downloaded this since a friend
asked me about some PE features, such as Layers. I'm sure it states what
features are new in version 2.

Thanks! This is the same .PDF I looked at before, but I failed to notice
that the "red dot" items were "new" features. It would appear that most of
these new features mainly involve help/tutorial features, or re-organizing
existing features. There does not appear to be many (if any) major new
additions for working with photos. Doesn't sound (as yet) as if it would be
worthwhile paying more money to upgrade!
Thanks again!
