Default Tri-X Pan Pro & Rodinal dev times?

Hi all,

I've looked and looked but can't seem to find any developing info for this
combination of film and developer. I've exposed a couple rolls of 120 at
320 Tri-x pan pro (not regular Tri-X/TX 400) and all I've got on hand is
Rodinal. Any experience with the combination (and potential push times)
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
thigmo

Rodinal is not a good developer for pushing and in fact will not give you
an EI 320 with TXP. EI 200 maybe. I'd try 1:50, 12 minutes at 70F.

For general pic's people, homes neighborhoods, etc. I would recomend shooting
the TXP @ 250 rather than 320. I normally develop TXP (@250)
1+85 dilution for 17min @ 68f. I would start with 18min 68f with the first roll
and see how it comes out. Then procede with the others with corrections to
your time you may feel necessary.

I normally prefer TX it seems to handle the highlights better out of doors.

I always use Rodinal at 1:25, and 6min with standard agitation and
68deg temp will give excellent results.
