Yes, if you turn on the shower and let the room steam up that will tend to
cause the dust to fall to the floor. It doesn't need to be droplets, just
steam. Do this about 5-10 minutes in advance to allow the dust to settle. I
shut off the A/C or heating system as soon as I start to steam the room and
leave it off until the film is dry. At the very least, close the air handler
vent in the room where the film is drying.
