Canon 18-55 Lens on D60

  1. I realize that lens which comes with the Digital Rebel is not the most
highly acclaimed--the one that comes with the D70 is WAY better--but I am
curious if it's compatible with the D60.

As others have said, the EF-S lenses are designed only for the DRebel
and 20D (and probably all future 1.6-crop DSLRs). However, the 18-55
(and perhaps other EF-S lenses) can be modified to mount on the
D30/D60/10D (I modified one and it does work at all focal lengths on my
    10D and D30 - I never tried it on a D60)
