I am looking to purchase TIME-LAPSE photos of plants growing, and all I can
find is flowers. I would like some high-end vegetable, herb or edible
mushrooms GROWING for a fine dining design concept I'm working on. If you
have leads or tips, please email me directly:

    Thanks in advance,

Try contacting the BBC. The contributors to the excellent "Private
Life of Plants" series are detailed on the DVD release, and these
were some of the top-end people working in time-lapse shooting.
If you haven't seen the series yet, I recommend you do it ASAP.
The innovative concept they introduced in this series was using
computer programmed camera motion during the time lapse, so
allowing you to follow brambles as they fight and travel through
the underbrush, and circle, pan, zoom-in all within the plants'
concept of time. You should be able to contact the producer or
    production company for more info.

(Buy & view the DVD series for more details!)

Unfortunately I think it may only be available on DVD for PAL, not
NTSC (though if you're okay with PAL, that's great). Usually the
DVDs are region-free (region 0) but it's the video standard which
trips you up. It may be available on tape, too.

You could also try bbcshop.com for it.

Sounds good. Does the player convert the video PAL->NTSC, or do
    you have a multi-standard TV? I'm interested, since multi-standard
TVs seem thin-on-the-ground in Namerica, though run-of-the-mill in
    europe etc.
