Hi,


My name is Michael Gozzo, I'm from Montreal. I recently borrowed my
dad's Canon FTb for a hiking trip. I really love that SLR and I've
used it for most of my travels. While sitting on a dock on a lake near
Montreal, Canada my better half accidentally knocked the
"montreal-1976" lens cap between the planks of the dock and into the
water. I was wondering if you, or anyone that you know for that matter
still has that lens cap since I'd like to replace it for my father.
(It is of great sentimental value to him since it was a gift
from his late mother.) I am willing to pay a reasonable fee for the
replacement. Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated.

I got one! It is for my Canon 50mm f/1.8FD. What would a rea$onable fee be? ;-)

Unfortunately I am nowhere near North America, so shipping would be
expensive, but if you can't find one you can get in touch with me on the
following email dallasone at telkomsa dot net. Replace the word "one" with
the equivalent number.

I was sort of wondering if they made those lens caps in any size besides
52mm for the 50mm f1.8?

Mine is a 55mm for the older breech-lock 50mm f/1.8.
