3.3 volt SD memory card in 3 volt camera?

  1. The camera I'm planning to buy takes two AA batteries (making 3 volts). The
    SD memory card I'm planning to buy says that its operating voltage is 3.3
    volts. What gives? Can I really expect them to work together?

  2. You'll probably find if you are using Nicad's or NiMh's they're actually
    1.2v each (2.4v total)
    .....and the SD card will work fine.
