Does anyone have any recommendations for a rotator and software to create
panoramas or 360 x 360 virtual tours? I'm considering either a Kaidan Kiwi
series or the iPix rotator for my Nikon 4500. The software is another big
deceision! Has anyone used RealView 360 or iPix 360 Suite Pro?

  2. I am using the Manfrotto rotator head with a custom-made spherical
bracket and either PTStitcher or Realviz Stitcher (depending on the
circumstances). Viewers are PTviewer (Java) or QuickTime VR.

I recommend you avoid iPix at all costs - they are insanely
litigous, and they want $25 per pano which you can only
display from their site. As if that weren't enough, their
panos tend to be pretty awful (maybe that's just under-trained
    users, I don't know).

For more information, take a look at www.panoguide.com
