7D PC-sync speed is 1/200, not 1/160

The manual says max-sync is at 1/160. If you lift the flash that's the
fastest speed you can get. But leave the flash down and you will get
1/200 sync speed using the PC sync to fire the strobes. (at 1/250 the
curtain begins to slightly cover the image).

but in the full size image there is no hint of the curtain)

    Max 7D, 100 f/2.8, ISO 100 softboxes: main (f/8) and fill (f/4).
Reflector on right for fill. I suppose another refector or softbox on
top would have been the crowning touch.

(I dug these out of a box of things my son says he wants to throw
away... they're a bit scratched up...)

    Cheers,
    Alan.
