For a couple years I have been using Adobe PhotoDeluxe Business Edition
    1.0 with no problems.

A couple nights ago when I finished editing a photo and tried to save it
as usual, a box popped up saying. "The photo browser could not be
started. PhotoDeluxe may not be installed correctly."

It was installed correctly because I had used it for two years. The only
thing I did was try to install the driver to my digital camera a couple
nights ago, but I don't understand how that would mess things up.

    Any suggestions?

Unistall it, reboot and then reinstall it.

Note that is is an old program and support for it was dropped years ago.

That last update for it was in 2000
