I am attempting to capture video I've recorded on my Sony DCR-TRV22 in
Adobe Premiere 6.5. However, I can't seem to get Premiere to recognize
my camcorder. Under device control I don't see the DCR-TRV22 and when
I try to edit the device control properties I get the following error:
"The DV device is unavailable for device control". Any ideas?

Use the generic control setting. My TRV 22 does work with 6.5.

    Thanks,

I am using a Belkin FireWire 3-Port PCI Card with a Belkin 6-pin to
4-pin Cable. The card says it connects "Sony i.Link devices".
