Adobe Premiere 6.5 Premiere Pro Capture NTSC PA:L

    I'm stuck. I usually capture ntsc and finish up the project in Encore.
    Yesterday I needed to do a capture in PAL. First thing selected PAL
    realtime 48 audio. And before the capture adjusted the preferences. I
    captured a 1hr vhs through canopus advc100 device into Adobe Premiere
    Pro. I than opened the avi in encore. Created chapters and burned the
    Pal image.

    Today I duplicated the same procedure. When I checked the finished avi
    it somehow "defaulted" back to ntsc even through preferences and all
    were in PAL? Thus I couldn't open it in encore (PAL) because it wasn't
    720x576.

    I tried the capture three times and everytime (everything configured
    to PAL) the *.avi ended up NTSC (this showed up in *.avi Properties.)
    I configured Adobe Premiere 6.5 to capture in PAL thinking I missed
    something in PRO. The same affect happened. What should have been PAL
    miraculously tranformed to NTSC.

    Appreciate any help with this.
