ANNOUNCEMENT: RPD Moderation Approved!

    RPD will become a moderated newsgroups as of March 1, 2004. I have
    pulled some strings, and this has been officially approved. Things will
    start to get back to normal around here soon.

    over there.

    It would make much more sense to use a naive Bayesian classifier. The one I
    use on my email (POPFile) is over 99.7% accrate.
