Any good current camera review sites

Hi guys

Anyone know of some websites that have current reviews about cameras that
are broken down by price etc that a search can be done on - was looking at
the PC mag one but most reviews were done during 2004 - a year ago is a long
time in this market.

What am I looking for?

Digital camera
at least 6x zoom
at least 4MP
budget below $400 AUD
Novice and amatuer use

Any suggestions?

I've always found www.dpreview.com good, too. My advice would be to read
the reviews carefully, then read them again and then read them again;
always bearing in mind the fact that the people who write them are
walking on egg-shells, with their duty to be honest with their readers
on one side and their responsibility to the manufacturers on the other.
So *read between the lines*, no review on this site (or any review on
any of the other decent review sites) is ever going to tell you 'don't
buy this, buy that'.

http://www.dpreview.com has the most critical reviews of the sites
that I have found. For a camera shopper, this makes it a very useful
site.

http://www.steves-digicams.com is also pretty good. It has the
advantage of posting reviews rather soon after a product is announced.

 

The sites others have mentioned are the real bibles. If you want more of a
