Anyone bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ10 in Australia yet?

I went around to most of the major camera shops in the Sydney CBD today
and none of them had the FZ10 in stock. Has anyone bought this yet,
bricks & mortar store or online? If online, could you please recommend
any reputable and reliable stores? Thanks :)

    Same in Melbourne.
No camera shop would stock Panasonic. Leica yes but Panasonic with the same
    inside no.

My friend found it at Clive Peters for $1099 with bag and tripode.

I've seen it at Myer MegaMart Thomastown (Melbourne) about a month back.
    It was around $1100.

I bought mine about 2 1/2 weeks ago in Japan.... Paid around $750 for
    it.

The zoom is brilliant, the OIS allows you to take shots at twighlight
in a lit street (1/4 sec) hand held with pin-sharp results.

The 12x zoom has incredible reach.... I took a wide (35mm) shot of my
daughter in a swimming pool from 8 floors above, and you could hardly
see her. I then zoomed in at 12x, and when I reviewed the shot on the
camera at maximum enlargement, you could see her eyelashes!!!!!

What if I buy Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ10 from Singapore or somewhere
else, can I use my warranty in Australia or do I have to return it to
Singapore for example. In two words, does Panasonic - Australia have a
service for good which are bought from abroad?
