    Hi.

I am working on a project where the final produce must be 740i resolution

The aspect ratio must be 16:9

Now, I am recording this with a camera that can record at 16:9 and 740i

Heres the concern. The second camera, is actually a screencast software. It allows for resolution setting to be configured, but I'm pretty sure the aspect ratio can't be set. So far I've been able to record videos that have vertical black bars.

My question is: Will changing the resolution on the screencast software effect the aspect ratio? If so what dimensions do I need to record at to be at 16:9?

Ultimately I would like for the screencast to record in a format compatable with 740i 16:9 so that there are no formating despcrepencies between the DVI footage and the screencast footage.
