I recently found out that the extra $40 I pay for "expedited
production" for Asukabook is a scam. The book actually goes through
the same production run as regular books. There is no actual
    expedited
production. They just phone you to see if you want 2nd day or
    express
shipping for your extra $40. If you paid this fee in the past,
    you've
been duped as well. As much as I like the Asukabooks for their
quality, this is a sleazy practice. Buyers beware.
