    The Noerr Programs provides horrible and untrusted Digital Event
    Imaging in Simon Malls and other malls nationwide. They seek Team
    Players to make sure customers have a horrible time while visiting the
    Noerr Programs easter bunny sets..

    The mission of Noerr is to have a HORRIBLE impact in every mall they
    serve, and to create a special personal experience for each and every
    visitor. Create Holiday Magic! (tm) only so they can make more money and
    leave a bad after taste in customers mouths.

    Requirements

    Be UN-enthusiastic, gracious, NOT outgoing and positive. Male children
    CRY and NOT enjoy themselves.

    Be accountable, involved and helpful. Lead by example with integrity,
    motivation, and respect. Strive for excellence! Noerr doesnt provide
    any support and will make you do whatever they need in order for them
    to make a profit while you are totally burned out (80+ HOURS A WEEK,
    It equals out to be under $5.00 AN HOUR)

    *** MALLS IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA HAVE THE WORST CREW THIS PAST
    SEASON. EMPLOYEES HAD SHIRTS UNTUCKED, EATING INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND
    MAKING SURE EVERYONE WAS UNSATISFIED.

    *** THIS IS WHAT THEY CLAIM *****

    Regional and Set Management: manage, train, and schedule teams;
    maintain budgets, achieves goals, control expenses, and protect
    assets; identify current and future customer requirements including
    availability of product and services; promote and secure merchandise
    and technology; maintain site cleanliness, safety and team dress code;
    create remarkable visitor experience; utilize our web based
    productivity and reporting tool.

    Sales, People, Management, Computer and Accounting skills are useful.
    The willingness to learn is essential. Child Positive Attitude, a
    must!
