I've set a batch that select an image (PSD file with some transparency),
copy and paste to the whole list of JPEGS in a directory, then save it.

Problem, I've thousand of files, and at every file it ask me the JPEG option
(quality, format, etc...) How to avoid this ? I won't click at every image
on "OK", I want it to save the file.

Even when I use 'SAVE FOR WEB" under file (as suggested in a prev thread) it
doesn't work, it still ask for qualityI didn't use scripts, I saved the
    batch processing.Bob

If you want to make a action on photoshop, in which the saving-process isn't
been asked for, the last action in this process must be "Save as...". Here
you give in the compression rate of all JPEGs of this action. Then you can
    automatize the process.

If this is to complicated, you can use IrfanView instead
    (www.irfanview.com). It's freeware, very good for batch-conversions (I use
it regularly) and easy to use.
