Best sites for DV camera reviews?

Discussion in 'Amateur Video Production' started by F. Todd Wilson, Apr 19, 2006.

  1. Hello,

Seems as though camcorderinfo.com is woefully out of date. Cnet is
    OK, but it's Cnet.

Suggestions for a good site? (BTW, this is because I'm thinking of
taking a step up from a late-'90s vintage Canon DV camera -- one of the
first -- and want to make a good choice. Panasonic AG-DVC30 is a
    leading contender.)

    Thanks,

    Todd

For a little higher-level try dvinfo.net. Google can give you some
other ideas but a lot of it is consumerish.

You might also try the magazines' websites - most notably
Videomaker.com and DV.com or DVMagazine.com (I forget which). They do
    in-depth reviews.
