    There is an update out today 22/DEC/2005 but the E-Mail I got looks
    to be mostly code and has an unusual source in the header.

    It could be OK, but I wouldn't take the chance just go to
    www.pegasys-inc.com for the update.

    So, you don't like BASE64 encoding. It's just a text email once
    decoded.
