I am looking to buy my first camcorder to record my family growning up
etc. My requirements are as follows...

    1) Must beable to transfer recordings to PC for editing using Windows
Movie Maker or similar. (I intend to burn DVDs from PC, so dont need to
    xfer back)

    2) Should not cost more than £400

    3) Needs at least 5x optical zoom

    4) Needs 'anti shake' feature

    ....does anyone have any recommendations?

    Thanks

I would go with the Canon Elura 65 or 70. I bought the 65 before the 70 came
out. It has everything you want. Below is a link.
