Hi. Are there any camera/scanner merchants left that accept returns
    without a restocking fee?

(or, which have the lowest restocking fee)

    Fry's Electronics. 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.

I think Amazon has a great return policy.

  4. They do charge if there is no problem with the item, though.

Good. Imagine the premium prices you would pay at a place
with liberal return policies. We would ALL be paying for a
few people to abuse the system.

Costco gives a full refund on electronics within 90 days of purchase. It
used to be an unconditional satisfaction guarantee but people were bringing
back electronics three years after purchase with the reason for
dissatisfaction being that there was a newer model out.

B&H has a full price refund within the first 15 days, with some limitations
(big screen TVs, consumables, underwater equipment that has been submerged,
    and a few others).

  7. Why is this now x-posted to four groups?

Why not, it appears to be on topic for all of them. Are you one of these
loons who thinks that all cross-posting is evil?
