First, they were talking October 24th.
Now it's looking like late November / early December.
I'm wondering if I will even see it by Christmas?

Shit, so much for getting my 21MP fall foilage photos.

Fall foliage might be history, but your Christmas pics should be
    spectacular...

A camera like that is worth the wait.

    Good Luck,
    Dudley

My local camera store has had two A900s in stock since the end of the
first week in October. It is more than two weeks since I handled one.

It's a very nice camera, but who will buy it, apart from people who
    already have Sony/Minolta lenses?

  7. Thanks...

Well... the cameras are here to be used... My KM 7D got in September
quite wet during a thunderstorm. After 24 hours it worked fine again.

I expect the A900 to be as robust or more robust as the other Minolta
Cameras. So far, it performed very well, and it does what it suppose to
do, taking great pictures. I'm telling you, it's so much fun to be able
to use again my old wide angles lenses, and I'm impressed, how sharp the
    85/1.4 and the 200/2.8 are.

    Cheers
    Leonhard
