Canon EF 75-300 F/4.0-5.6 IS USM for Canon-AF Camera

    I don't have that lens per se... but I do have the nonIS one... I love it...
    it works great, it's pretty sturdy. The only problem is the tripod has to
    be used so as not to get any shake.

    Now my friend has the 28-135 IS lens, and if the 75-300 is anything like
    that.... man what an upgrade. I have the standard 28-105.. and the IS one
    is pretty wicked! I borrowed it to shoot a do, and was taking pictures of
    the dance floor. And I wanted to get a bit of blur.... not realizing I
    still had IS on, I was down to like 1/2s and lower -- IN A POORLY LIT HALL!

    I say go for it... you'll like it.
