I'm using a Canon MX300 under Windows XP SP3 and the scanner has\nstopped working. Canon tech support is useless. The problem is when I\ntry to scan I get the following message:\n\nThe scanner driver supported by this software is not installed.\nInstall it and then retry.\n\nI've been using this printer/scanner for about 3 years on the same\ncomputer and it has worked fine until recently. It does print, but it\nwill not scan. I tried uninstalling all the software and then\nreinstalling it from the CD that came with the printer. I get the same\nerror message. I tried to update the drivers and get the same error\nmessage.\n\nAny suggestions would be greatly appreciated!\n\nThank you.
