Canon Powershot A80

    Hallo,

    I am considering buying the new Powershot A80,
    but would like to know about its shutter lag.

    Could anyone tell me if the camera is speedy,
    and I mean: does it take a lot of time between
    the moment you press the button and the moment
    the camera actualy takes the picture.

    Hope you understand what I mean,

    Generally all digital cameras have a shutter lag time. Most of them are set
    up so when you press the button half way, the auto-focus and exposure lock
    in. Once you continue downward, the picture is taken. Don't know about the
    A80, but my Fuji 4900 has a short lag at this point.
