    Hello all of you,

Just got feedback from Canon, that they blame Windows for not seeing the SD card in the A530 PowerShop camera as a full drive:
"Please be advised that Windows uses Generic drivers built into the operating system to detect and install the camera. As such, we do not have control over how they identify and install the camera."

Let me know your feedback. Do you know if it is indeed Window problem (I have XP Pro, SP3)?
The argument is of course very weak, as Canon could easily add a driver during the installation. Interestingly that the Fujifilm cameras (Zoom A2600 and E510) don't have this problem and you can see the camera memory card as a full drive (and not only th epicturte plus MISC folder).

So any hint is welcome. I will also ask Windows...

    All the best,

    Victor
