Canon T70, Is there any additional batteries in the T70 apart from the 2 AA batteries?

Have T70 camera for a number of years without any problems.

Lately, it seem that the pictures taken with this camera show some
colour and expose problems, and today, the LCD went total blank after
switch off the camera. Normally, the LCD should still show the number
of picture taken and the program settings.

Is there any Ag button batteries built in the camera (in addition to
the two AA batteries one has to replace from time to time)?

If there is such a thing like Ag batteries, how to find it and replace
    it?

    Thanks a lot!

There may be a LCD memory lithium battery in the camera. You'll have to
check. My T-90 uses one. I also had the T-70, but dont recall if it does or
    not.

Thanks, but where is the LCD memory lithium battery in the T90? T90
and T70 have very similar arrangemnt, if you could let me know where
the T90 button battery is, I would probably be able to figure out
whether or not the T70 has one.

If I recall from the T90 that I once owned, the manual stated the
built-in battery had a life of about 5 years and had to be replaced by a
service person. It may be soldered in, or require some major
    disassembly.

Why not send a message to Steve at Camera Clinic in Reno, NV and ask
    him? He's at
He's repaired some of my Canon equipment in the past, with great
    service.

    Good luck!
