Hi, I'm new to this newsgroup and I've been using a Casio QV-51 (I think
it's called) or QV-R51 5mp digital camera since February. I've used a few
different older digital cameras (Polaroid PDC-640CF, Kodak 3200, Vivitar
Vivicam 3715, Megxon S102 -8mp) but have found that this model Casio takes
some great close-up pictures and some of the scenic/far-away pictures are
so-so. Has anyone else had any problems with Casio digital cameras? I have
problems trying to find the 'perfect' digital camera and I've even tried
Canon's Elph S200 and that model camera had some issues as well (close-up
problems). Any advice on a decent digital camera for preferrably under $400?
My preferences are LCD screen, nice close-ups, red-eye flash that actually
WORKS-- pretty much just a decent camera is what I'm looking for.thanks alot

    Suzie

I've used a Casio but can't remember the model number. I've heard that
Casios are really good in Japan. With my Casio, I've taken some really nice
pictures. I suggest to go to camera shops and ask someone also to ask if you
    can try the camera.
