I guess a few of you know by now I spent a few weeks driving through
Florida and Tennessee last year in the most Gross motor-home I've ever
    driven.

Well, I went looking for my old mate Bret Douglas but had a little
trouble finding him so I asked a few people in the street he last posted
a photo of his car in.

What an experience that was! Driving on the wrong side of the road is
one thing but this is something else again!

    1. You'll note that the name "Techno Aussie" appears NOWHERE in that
    picture.

    2. At the time he posted it, "Techno Aussie" was a REMOVED business
name, as was "Healthy PC's". They did NOT EXIST.

And Douglas later admitted he was no longer there.

When there's nothing for a bloodhound to find...
Really..? Given Douglas never gave any address, that was very a clever
thief. Nice to see he had morals, though. Very believable story.

Yeah. Particularly as you visited the shop a few days after I posted
photo. What do you do? Drive around stalking me all day?

    So DESCRIBE ME.

You failed to do that when you made the accusation that I stole from you
and you had it on security footage. And you will fail again.

    Why is that?

That theft accusation is the "key one" by the way...

See if you can work out what that means. (You *will* be seeing me in
    the future.)

    Whoopee!
The king of defamation artist's is finally going to come out from under
his rock. Boy, this will be interesting. Have you started tunnelling
yet? I hope you aren't planning on me "seeing" me any time soon. All
ferry services to Tanga are halted until the oil is cleaned up and the
little chopper is booked out for weeks ahead.

Of course you could come to my mail box on the mainland or visit me at
my daughter's place. You said yourself it must be getting crowded in the
mail box with all the printers and stuff I had in there so I got a
double size one just for idiot who steal from me.

Plenty of room for you now. All your theft of my copyright property,
your slander and defamation is in one corner and the evidence that
proves you stole my property and used it illegally it is in the other
one... Go for it - please? That'll save me a few grand in lawyer's fees
getting a restraining order against you... THIEF.

They lock you up here when you don't pay the court awarded damages made
against you. You'd be in good company in jail mate. You did after all
claim to know a large number of the population of Queensland's jails...
Or was that just more of your lies? You reap what you sow Charlie.

Have you got a Queensland address yet or are you still hiding behind the
old South Australian Address? Funny how mail to that address never gets
    to you, don't you think?
    -----------------------
"I'm . Always have been always will be". ...What happened
    there mate?
    -----------------------
"That address is valid, any mail sent there gets to me" ...Oh? How come
I've got a return to sender stamp on one?
    -----------------------
Lies, lies, lies. Almost as prolific as your bullshit about me.
Remember? "The EPA doesn't issue photography permits"?
    What's this then? http://www.d-mac.info/evidence/permit.htm
    -----------------------
And what about this blooper? "LIAR, you don't have any shop fronts"?
    http://www.d-mac.info/evidence/shopfront.htm

And then there's the big one you left behind as you tried to sweep your
disgusting behaviour and evidence of your theft of my intellectual
property under the rug. Still on the 'net. Still with the images you
stole from me. You're right smart guy... 'Thief' is the big one.

Douglas, this is all starting to get very embarrassing, but feel fee to
continue. This thread will be most useful...

There's the accusation of theft. Thanks.
There's the repeated accusation. Thanks again.

Your legal advice is, as always, a little short.
???? Does anyone follow any of this? Cite?
Funny how nothing has been received at that address. And as you may
recall, SEVERAL TIMES I have offered to speak directly *to your lawyer*.

BUT YOU RUN AWAY REALLY FAST FROM THAT ONE, don't you.

    WHY IS THAT?

NAME YOUR LAWYER, DOUG. OR EXPLAIN WHY YOU WON'T.
GO.COM CLOSED THEIR EMAIL SERVICE. Too tricky for you? Feel free to
send any official email to my address as shown.
Wow, that'll help your case. Show us a scan, Douglas, and show us what
    was inside the envelope.

But think carefully about this one.
ATSIC, Douglas. ATSIC. You said you had ATSIC permits, remember? Show
    us those.

I correctly pointed out that EPA does not issue permits for photography
in its own name, only under the appropriate department as shown in your
example. YOU misidentified that department name.
AND *YOU* ADMITTED YOU WEREN'T THERE, EVEN WHEN YOU POSTED IT. Plus it
shoiws a different business name to the one you were promoting.
    Whatever happened to Techno Aussie?

WHY NOT SHOW YOUR CURRENT SHOPFRONT?
Reposting images that were falsely presented is not theft. And the
nature of that false representation is FULLY DOCUMENTED.

Enjoy what's coming to you, Douglas.

And do keep posting this sort of stuff - it is all adding up.

Yes, and just like in the previous Groundhog Days, when Douglas is
proven to be lying again, when he is prompted to supply the name of his
solicitor, and when he is asked to identify me (given he says he has
seen me stalking him and stealing things from him...)

    HE RUNS AWAY.

Only one reason why he does that, of course.

Anyway, it's all going to get very nasty for Mr MacDonald.

    Karma is coming...

Good luck with that. Better get it quick since D-Mac is circling the
    drain as we speak.

You don't say. I'll believe it when I see it in the news media. Those of us
with no dog in this hunt doubt that either of you gas bags has the wit or the
financial means to actually cause trouble for the other. Talk is cheap; that's
why there's so much of it in this and similar threads. But as long as lawyers
insist on being paid, I suspect that both of you are perfectly safe.
