Cheap green screen or blue screen?

Hi. I use IMovie '11 on my Mac and I just bought a Kodak Zi8 camcorder.
I'm interested in playing around with IMovie's green/blue screen
feature. There are some chroma key screens selling on ebay:

However, I'm wondering if there are even cheaper alternatives. I'd
ideally like to pay as little as possible since I'm guessing the
lighting in my apartment may not be good enough to allow for the
    green/blue screen to work.

    Thanks.

My screen screen was pieces of paper I got from a stationary shop
which I taped together. The paper was thicker than normal paper.
If you are able to you could paint the wall green. Buy a green cloth
big enough to hang on the wall. Shine a green light on the wall. If
your video editor has the option you might be able to replace a
    background colour with green.
