I am a newbie. What I would like to do is take specific songs from all
my concert DVDs and combined into one long concert. I plan to store
this on my HTPC hard drive and play from there (thus I dont have to
worry about file size since i will not copy to DVD-R). I have DVD
Decrypter and know how to extract VOB files. I just dont know how to
then cut these up and make into one long concert. Do I need to first
convert to AVI and then cut? And then convert to MPEG to watch? Or can
I just cut up the VOB files and create a bunch of 1 gig VOB files that
PowerDVD or another DVD software will know how to play? I am looking
for the right approach to this and then the right software. It would
also be important to be able to create chapters and build a supporting
menu for the combined concert. And finally, I want to make sure I keep
the same video and sound quality as the original. And ideas? Thanks in
    advance!
