Some years ago I bought an umbrella lighting setup to make family portraits. The family preferred going to Sears instead for their photographs. The flash units in the setup are the SEAGULL SDW-45
    .
Now I want to be able to connect these units to the hot shoe of my Nikon Coolpix 5700 camera. I have lost any instructions I may have had for this equipment as well as any cables that plug into the SDW-45 units.

I will much appreciate it if someone can give me the instructions and tell me what I need to connect these units to my Nikon. I understand that one unit can be used as a slave. How does that work? If that is so than am I correct to assume that I would need only one sync cable and a hot shoe adapter?

Many thanks to anyone who can assist me in this
