create DVD-r using BIN/CUE files & TMPGenc DVD Author & DVD Writing Tools?

    I use a WinXP Pro system, and have some BIN & CUE files that I'd like
    to burn to DVD-r, preferably using the DVD Writing Tool found in
    TMPGenc DVD Author 2.0.

    However, the prob is that DVD Writing Tool converts the BIN/CUE files
    into an ISO file, then burns it to DVD-r. However, that DVD-r only
    contains a BIN and a CUE file, and is not playable as a DVD video.

    Upon selecting the BIN and CUE files to convert into an ISO, DVD
    Writing Tool says, "The specified folder does not contain a VIDEO_TS
    folder. Therefore it is not possible to create DVD-Video. Would you
    like to create a Data DVD instead?"

    How can I create a playable DVD-r using a BIN and a CUE file and
    TMPGenc DVD Author 2.0's DVD Writing Tool?

    Thanks.

    I haven't looked at BIN & CUE image files in a very long
    time, but don't you have to mount them to make them readable?
    Would you then have a VIDEO_TS folder to make a video DVD
    from?

    Luck;
